In 2021, we felt the Lord ask us to build a house of prayer, build it with our hands, and build it in our hometown. We began by deciding where the barn would be and began praying faithfully on the land where the barn would eventually sit. When the building process started, we were relying on the Lord every step of the way as we did not have the knowledge or finances to build the barn. We started to see the hand of God continually show up during the building process from supernatural financial provision to miraculous equipment repairs. During this time the Lord taught us to trust His provision and lean not on our own understanding. Our faith was built watching the barn go up, as we continued to pray for our town and the nations. We began to look back and see all the ways God had answered our specific and broad prayer requests over the past couple years; as well as the ways God revealed His character and heart to us from the place of worship and prayer. Our heart is to continue in the word the Lord spoke to us from the beginning and engage in faithful intercession over and with our town. The building process of the barn is not finished but we are trusting the Lord’s provision for the final details.
